My client, a critical access hospital going through growth and transition in need of a strong CFO. This CFO will oversee a number of areas under this umbrella and will have several direct reports. Main duty to make sure monies are allocating for going out the door. Will work closely with the hospital CEO. My client is offering a strong base pay, plus a bonus incentive plan, full benefits, PTO, 401k, Dental and Vision, Paid Leave, Life Insurance, Long and Short-term disability, Tuition Reimbursement, and relocation to the area.
Must have hospital/healthcare background.
Familiar or have work with Cerner.
2+ years in a CFO or ACFO role.
Degreed and Master’s a plus.
