My client, a strong growing hospital system, that is expanding new areas, is looking to bring on a Nurse Director to oversee day to day operations of a 25 bed unit. This Director will be responsible for working with the fast pace, team approach environment and handle all budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and customer service for this unit. This Direcotr will report to a service line Administrator and be instrumental in all decision making for the unit and help will building up the program. This Director will follow the mission and vision of the hospital and making sure the department is in compliance with JACHO standards, federal laws, state and local regulations.
